Hetreogeneous mixture-non-uniform distibution of components.
ex: gravel, soil, chocolate chip cookie, iceT, blood, soup.
Homogeneous mixture- composed of one phase only.
ex: kool-aid, saltwater, air, lemon-aid, gasoline, OJ
